I recently started reading about pravi celer (celery) and honestly, I didn’t expect it to have so many health benefits.

For the longest time, I just thought celery was something people add to salads for crunch or use in soups. But after digging a bit deeper, I found out that it actually offers a lot more than just taste and texture.

One thing that really caught my attention is how it may help with hydration. Since it has a high water content, it seems like a good food to include, especially in hot weather or if you don’t always drink enough water.

I also read that it might support weight management because it’s low in calories but still filling. That makes it a good snack option if you're trying to eat healthier without feeling hungry all the time.

Another benefit I came across is its potential to help reduce inflammation. Apparently, it contains antioxidants that can support overall health and may even help with joint or body discomfort over time.

I’ve also seen people talk about drinking celery juice regularly for better digestion and detox, which I found quite interesting.

I haven’t tried including it in my routine yet, but now I’m definitely thinking about adding it to salads or trying it as a juice.
