Epic Games has announced a new Star Wars-themed season coming to Fortnite, titled “Galactic Battle,” set to launch on May 2. Described by the developers as their “most expansive experience” yet, this season goes beyond previous collaborations with Disney and Lucasfilm, offering an immersive, multi-week adventure in the galaxy far, far away.



The update is part of a larger collaboration following Disney’s $1.5 billion investment in Epic Games earlier this year. It’s not just a battle royale crossover; Galactic Battle will unfold across five themed chapters, each releasing new gameplay content weekly until June 7.
