In Dom or Hardpoint, it buys you seconds, and seconds win caps. Slide in, drop it, crouch behind it, and force them to either burn ammo or swing wide into your teammates' sightlines.

The shield's not magic. If three players laser it, it's gone, so use it like a tempo tool, not a forever wall. Put it where it blocks a choke, then reposition the moment you hear it getting shredded. The funniest play is baiting: you show the shield, they tunnel vision, your teammate gets the easy angle. But don't forget the obvious counter—your sides and back. A claymore or prox mine behind you helps, and so does simply not camping the same spot until they wrap you and delete you.



Pick maps with rooms and lanes, not big open sightlines where you'll get tagged from weird angles. Play close, play a bit stubborn, and treat the Body Shield as a way to take space your squad can actually use.
